About Me:

Published fitness model in Musclemag International and Oxygen Magazine, have competed in Ms Galaxy International and plan to compete in a figure competition in the next year after taking quite a bit of time away, it's time for me to get back at it!!!

I'm 37 years old and I'm planning to be the top of my age bracket when I compete in 2007 and forward. Eight years ago I had a chance and blew it because i had problems with a very bad situation of an alcoholic husband(now ex)who abused me mentally and physically. I became very depressed and went to therapy and gained a bunch of weight. I went from 127 contest shape to 170 lbs within 1 1/2 year time frame. It has taken me 3 years since I left my ex husband to heal to the point I feel like my old self again, yet I struggle still getting to the gym like I did in my 20's. My point in telling you this is that I want to be a role model for other women out there who don't have perfect lives and who can relate, and as well as everyone else I can help in some way to provide encouragement and advice.
