About Me:

I am a model/actor/personal trainer (I know, it sounds too cliche', but it happens to be true!), living in South Beach, Florida. I've been on numerous commercials, including one with Chuck Norris and Christie Brinkley. I also did stunt fighting with Jason Statham in the movie "Transporter 2" (I was a US Marshall getting his butt kicked.... it was awesome!). I'm a former ETF US Open Champion (TKD), garnishing first place trophies in sparring, forms and weapons. I've retired from active tournament fighting, but I love to teach others about fitness, incorporating what I know from the martial arts, strength training and athletics (I grew up with 8 brothers and 2 sisters, and all but 2 of them were older!) Helping people set goals and watching them succeed is one of the greatest thrills I can think of!
