Hey gang, I gotta question for you. My girlfriend competes in Figure comps. I was wondering what advice you all can give me on helping her when it gets closer to showtime for her. I workout with her now, spot her and all, but I am a total newbie when it comes to working with her closer to showtime. I kinda would like to be her "coach". I read about a "tag coach" for the mandatory poses... well I will stop rambleing now... any info you may have would be great!!!!! I am perusing the web as we speak but if ya can point me in the right direction that would be great!!!! THanks!!
